there are way too many shirts in my stash to reconstruct, so in an effort to actually USE them, i grabbed a stack of them and made the baby about six new onesies. These photos are from like four months ago, he looks so young haha.

i used the rolled hem romper pattern from brindille & twig and ignored the length of the legs in the pattern, using the hem of the t-shirts instead! the fronts of the tees became the backs, the sleeve pieces used the old sleeves of the original shirt. I used snaps down the front, but they are the last of my good ones. i re ordered some from ebay and i'm just having not a fun time with them at all :| anyone have recommendations for good snaps?


Some other onesies i have cut out still to sew up i'm going to put zips in instead, we have so many Bonds Zippy suits for nova we're just way into the convenience instead of fiddling with snaps while trying to deal with a VERY ACTIVE little boy.
