This was so simple to make! It's another ra-ra skirt but because I used tulle for the layers it has a tutu feel to it!

You can find the tutorial for a ra-ra skirt here that I wrote, I used stretch knit for the waistband and peach tulle for the skirt layers. It came together in minutes.
