Yep there's a tutorial and yep I'm actually going to make a few of these to sell to some people who want one! At the moment, this is what you're getting of it until I can get some better photos!

I hacked up a skirt I got from the op-shop, epicly, and stitched straps with garter clips to the bottom. It's so comfy!
